You awaken with a splitting headache and no idea of how you got here. The wilderness stretches in every direction, and something howls in the distance. Your quest for answers will have to wait; first, you need to survive. Will you help the others that are stranded here or will you save yourself at any cost?

When two to four players find themselves marooned in the harsh wilderness, you must cooperate and compete to search for water, food, and tools that will be essential to your very survival. But your adventure holds many secrets. Every copy of Discover: Lands Unknown is unlike any other in the world. A mix of environments, storylines, characters, locations, items, and enemies have been engineered to tell a story unique to every copy of the game thanks to an algorithm that ensures no two copies are alike. Your copy will contain various tiles, cards, and tokens, each pulled from a shared pool of components, and the combination will be different from every other copy in the world.

I am assuming that the rating is simply for the game, not for your service (your service was, as-always, 5 star). I played only the first scenario with a buddy, and it was a ton of fun. Good components, interesting quest, and the survival mechanics worked well. I would recommend it, and given it is a 'unique game' might buy a second copy down the road if the price is low again (I got this on your black friday sale). I know this game has NOT been reviewed positively, so it was a happy surprise.

Room enough to fight

A nice clear mat with a good space for all of the armies. It is a little thinner than most but coming with a very sturdy storage tube is a big plus.

good game, not only that, but the customer service is SO GOOD. I asked for nemesis and they brought it into stock just for me! Moreover, they were super friendly and gave advice when I was choosing between lockdown and base nemesis. They even told me to scan the QR code on the lab rats jacket which was a very funny surprise. They even had one nemesis lockdown box hidden away so that there would at least be one in stock for me all the time.

I like the game play, but the components are terrible. Only a deck of small cards in a tiny tuck box, and it's not even good quality.

No battery included. Reasonable for this price.

5 bucks, but darn it's ugly.
